My work centers on the documentation, provenance research, and acquisition intelligence for Eichler and California Mid-Century Modern properties. Over the past several years I have built extensive architectural and historical property archives — public-record structural data, original tract documentation, and floor plan records — that now form the research foundation for acquisition work across the Bay Area, Peninsula, Marin, East Bay, and beyond.
That archive work led directly to a collaboration with the engineering team at The Eichler Vault, where I contributed curated architectural data to train and validate their predictive modeling infrastructure for California's remaining Eichler inventory.
I am affiliated with The Eichler Vault — a community-driven architectural research archive — but this site represents my personal research practice and advisory work, which I keep distinct from the Vault itself.

TRPA & Regulatory Analysis
Dimensional spatial modeling of TRPA land coverage constraints, soil scores, and parcel buildability for Lake Tahoe basin properties — applied to both acquisition and development analysis.
